Working for the building company for approximately 12years gave me a lots of experience of many things including brickwork, steel installations, groundwork and drainage, pointing, roofing and much more. Having my own van, I am able to travel and have all of the tools required to carry out the jobs. My skillset includes - Bricklaying from repairing garden walls, building new walls, to building extensions. Groundworks - including footings and drainage. Pointing - grouting out and repointing - inc tin point. Roofing - roof repairs, lead work, tiling, full re-roof. Fascias, soffits and gutters - install, repair and replace. I have previously undertaken full extension jobs, getting relevant tradesmen in for areas I am not able to do eg. electrics, plumbing. Extension work - previous jobs undertaken from large 2 storey wrap around extension to small single storey extension and room conversions. I pride myself on being an honest builder with a large skillset and friendly approach. I am reliable and punctual.
