I wasn't sure as John didn't have any feedback on here. He provided me with a reference and then upon request happily provided a second. Both checked out totally fine. He was happy to answer many questions and clarify several times exactly what the job would be. When the parameters of the job changed (several times) he happily renegotiated. The work was done within the time and on the day that he agreed. My carpenter was pleased with the base so a job well done.
