Latest review:Groundwork & Foundations-Please avoid this builder at all cost. Contracted to build a simple foundation for a greenhouse. I've added some pictures, they say a picture speaks a thousand words. Took a week and a lot of talking and problems to dig a small 8x12 trench. I was out of the house when the foundation was laid and they were just about to pour the concrete. I came back and walked on the selotex and it was moving, clearly the foundation hadn't been whakered and levelled. I told them to take a break as I wanted to take 5 minutes to take a look. They refused me this and told me to pay before I lifted to see the underneath. I went ahead and I was horrified to see the water filled foundation with stones splattered half hazzardly. The selotex board was not even cut properly, with huge gaps in between. Without even a chance to discuss he said "Im getting my tools and leaving". Terrible experience. Incompetent beyond works. Completely clueless about building work.
