I cannot recommend Tim enough if you need your boiler replaced. He was professional, kind, and super helpful - taking the time to answer all my questions. And he did a great job! Tim clearly knows his craft. It's been almost 2 months since he completed the job and I forgot to write this review because our heating has been been working so well I don't even think about it! We look forward to continuing to work with him.

This provider took my money but never attended my property or carried out the work (a report on already completed plumbing works). All he had to do was write a report to say that the repair works were complete. On the day he was due to attend he never let me know he was on his way or that he wanted to come early morning. Then he went to a nearby apartment a few streets away and said he had attempted to come so it was my fault. Then he said he would do the report remotely I must send him pictures, after sending him pictures he said he wanted to visit site so we were back to him making an appointment which of course he really did not want to do. 3 months later no sign of my money or a very simple report that a child could have done. He also has not returned my money (£120). I can now see why he insisted he be paid in advance because he is a time waster with no confidence in his own abilities hence payment in advance, so that when he disappoints the customer he can still get paid.

Barry was very professional and friendly. Him and his other workers replaced my boiler and changed the pipes, they also removed an asbestos flue pipe and made the wall good. They did a great job for the agreed price. I would definitely recommend Barry.
