I contacted Alban just over a month ago to have an estimate for a faily big job: changing an aging boiler and 5 ancient radiators. Unlike other plumbers that I have asked for a quote Alban took the time to have a good look at what was really required to do the job, such as where the new flue would come out of the external wall. It was a tricky job, as kitchen cabinets and existing pipes were in the way. This did not put him off - it did others - and Alban provided options. I got a quote within couple of days, with everything specified. Alban started the job on the agreed date and spend the next few days working on transforming my heating system. During that time I have found Alban to be extremely professional. Alban has spend a lot of time making a good job of the pipe work, not taking any shortcuts that would have been easier for him. The pipe work is tidy and looks really good. The job was done cleanly and in a timely fashion. The old boiler, radiators and old pipes where also collected off the property very quickly, so no mess was left behind. Alban showed up on time every day, has kept my house clean and tidied up every evening before he went. Alban even fixed an existing gas leak on some existing pipe work unrelated to the work he had done. I can only say that I am extremely pleased with the job that Alban has done. Everything is tidy and done to a really high standard. Having Alban do my heating system conversion was money very well spent indeed.

Mark came and we discussed the job, opting to go for a megaflow type system retaining my current boiler that was only 24 months old but moving the location. Mark also organised getting a new mains pipe fitted to boost the flow and pressure and get the property working to its maximum potential, this was really important as we intend to put in another bathroom soon. All the guys worked really hard, were tidy, polite and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mark and will no doubt be calling on him again in future. Thanks Mark, top job

We were not getting enough hot water in the shower area. Shane replaced the faulty plate heat exchanger and we immediately saw the change in hot water temperature in the shower. He was happy to assist on other bits I had relating to the HWS. Overall a kind and helpful person who does his job professionally and ready to help. I would recommend him for any boiler related issues.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PERSON. I HAVE REPORTED HIM TO THE POLICE. HE WAS HIRED TO DO A BOILER SERVICE. HE QUOTED ME A PRICE FOR THIS AND THEN DID NOT DO ANY SERVICE TO THE BOILER. HE LEFT WITHOUT DOING ANY WORK AND THEN SENT ME AN INVOICE FOR £75 FOR DOING NOTHING. HE SAID IF I DID NOT PAY IT THEN HE WOULD CUT OFF THE GAS TO THE PROPERTY! I PAID IT BEING I WAS THREATENED
