"Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. Toby attended my property, dismantled my boiler, and left it leaking without completing the work. my kitchen floor is still full of water. Worst of all, he left without any notice or explanation. Highly unprofessional and unreliable—I would not recommend hiring him."

John completed the work to a timescale, his fee was competitive, his demeanour was friendly and professional and his service was of a high quality. Danny installed two large traditional column radiators for me. He did a terrific job and suggested some great ideas to overcome a couple of challenges with one of the timber walls where the radiator was to go. He also went above and beyond the original remit to move some pipework (which we thought we'd already addressed) without hiking the overall price by much at all. Danny's quote was very reasonable and competitive. He worked tirelessly, and longer than expected - even with his first child being born the next day. He's really friendly, professional, neat and thoughtful. I would not hesitate in recommending him and I've already asked him to do the next job.

Job unfinished, pipe is leaking, due to several requests and phone calls,the man Andrew did not turn up. Once he did but he explained the small rubber is leaking. I told him 1st time it was the pipe, he mocked me , I have video to prove that it was the pipe. I am afraid to say,DO NOT HIRE HIM. He didn't weld the pipe properly the leak is happening cos pipe needs soldering again.
