My issue was a significant one as both hot water and heating had stopped working. Muhammad was responsive and clear in his communication throughout. He arrived promptly and was clear about what was needed including materials and labour cost. What I appreciated most about Muhammad is how honest he came across. The prices were clear and there did not appear to be any inflation or issues added on top in order to overcharge. I have used many plumbers over the years. Unfortunately, some are excellent craftsmen but terrible at customer service, whilst others are simply out there to rip you off in my opinion. It is so bad that I could not get one trusted recommendation from friends and family as many people seem to experience this. Muhammad is different. He also assured me that he does prioritise his customers and I hope he keeps to his word because I will undoubtedly be using him again and would recommend him without hesitation. Thank you, Muhammad.

Whilst Flavio is a nice guy and polite I was very dissatisfied with the service. He was initially hired to diagnose an issue with my boiler. He quoted me for the parts and said this would fix the issue. Upon installing these parts he then said I needed another part which I paid for. He then said I needed a new boiler. Failure to properly diagnose and quote for the works has resulted in me being out of pocket nearly £700! This is ridiculous when considering a new boiler with a 12yr warranty I have been able to secure for £1900 (from another company). For these reasons I would not recommend him.

Very Happy with the Service offered by David. Came to have a look on short notice and was ahead of the initial agreed time which is really helpful as I was looking for someone to have a look at the current hot water issue I have been having with my boiler and provide an immediate solution. Very Friendly and communicative about the problem and was around to see the issue has been definitely resolved before he left the place. No half measures at all. Very nominal from a pricing perspective as well. Would definitely make use of his services for future work and would recommend to everyone who is looking for a good professional who knows his job.
