Barry was very professional and friendly. Him and his other workers replaced my boiler and changed the pipes, they also removed an asbestos flue pipe and made the wall good. They did a great job for the agreed price. I would definitely recommend Barry.

He also offered to service our boiler but unfortunately it had been wired incorrectly when installed with the Nest (by another supplier) so we had to wait for Worcester Bosch to fix first. My issue was a significant one as both hot water and heating had stopped working. Muhammad was responsive and clear in his communication throughout. He arrived promptly and was clear about what was needed including materials and labour cost. What I appreciated most about Muhammad is how honest he came across. The prices were clear and there did not appear to be any inflation or issues added on top in order to overcharge. I have used many plumbers over the years. Unfortunately, some are excellent craftsmen but terrible at customer service, whilst others are simply out there to rip you off in my opinion. It is so bad that I could not get one trusted recommendation from friends and family as many people seem to experience this. Muhammad is different. He also assured me that he does prioritise his customers and I hope he keeps to his word because I will undoubtedly be using him again and would recommend him without hesitation. Thank you, Muhammad.
