The quote was fair but he got someone else to do everything so I'm not not sure if that person was qualified. He was there all the time looking and chatting with the guy doing it. He was not so well prepared as there was wet everywhere as he didn't have cloth with him. He doesn't give any advice as for example he could have tell me to change the stopcock as it was extremely tight. It was just common sense to change it.
