Joel and his colleague came to fix my boiler for me last week. They got the boiler working for a grand total of 36 hours before I got the exact same problem as I was having before. I have spoke to Joel to inform him (as I have a 2 year old so a working boiler is more of a necessity then normal) I was stupidly expecting him to come out and fix what he was supposed to last week but instead I was told I would need to pay them the same amount in parts and labour for them to come back out, essentially paying twice for the same job. I am out of pocket and now cannot afford to get someone else out to do the job. I feel like I have been absolutely conned and am now looking at a month without heating and hot water with a child in the house. Thanks!

I had left my mobile in the car, so when Oli rang to check that I was in the flat no-one answered so he went home. I rang from the flat phone when Oli had not turned up, and he came all the way in to arrive at 8pm. He clearly knew how to sort out the various problems. He is coming back on a Sunday as parking round my flat is a nightmare. Altogether I would call this exceptional service. More feedback when he has finished.

Jason was a breath of fresh air. He is highly professional, totally ethical and has great integrity. Unlike many engineers who took no time in quoting me for a brand new boiler,Jason checked the boiler to accurately ascertain what precisely was wrong with it in order to determine whether a new boiler was necessary at all. He identified the problem to an external loose valve above the boiler which was leaking. He kindly tightened the valve and stopped the leak. My sincere thanks to Jason for saving me in excess of £3000.00!

Bekim is diligence personified. His communication beginning to end was amazing. Upon arrival he was very respectful and courteous. He carried out the work (removing a bedroom radiator and capping the pipes) to an amazing standard. He also found a split pipe underneath the floorboards and swiftly identified a solution Once completed he left his work area as it was found. In conclusion Bekim is brilliant, his pricing and flexible availability would be suitable for anyone. I will definitely be calling him again for further work, you should too!
