Our boiler issue was persistent, but Chris approached it with remarkable patience and dedication, coming back to ensure I was satisfied .He truly did not rest until the problem was completely solved, demonstrating a level of perseverance that is rare to find. Beyond his technical skill, what truly sets Chris apart is his character. He is one of the most genuine and honest tradespeople I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Even with having a busy schedule and personal things to deal with at the time, he made time and did not give up till I was back up and running at his own expense. Ross was friendly, polite, helpful & efficient. He sorted out my radiator problem quickly and gave me useful advice concerning the use of thermostatic valves. He checked the pressure at the boiler to make sure all was operating correctly, and his price for the job was very reasonable. I will call him if I have problems in the future.

Kevin has been fantastic from the first contact and gave us the best advice explaining everything clearly and laying out the best options for the job. The prices he gave to us were also reasonable and he was very flexible to accommodate our requests. He and his team came early on the day of the installation and finished the job without any fuss. The quality of the job is brilliant, the installation was very neat including relocating the flue slightly. They tidied everything as they progressed and left no mess at all. They even hosed the path to the house down (as they had some work in the roof). Kevin and the team were also very nice and polite at all times. All in all 10/10 for Aquatech. I would definitely will hire again.
