Unvented cylinder charges depends on the type of repairs carried out, for example draining down system has more man hour than changing a faulty motorise head on a two or three port valve. ☞Replacing a Gas hob £170 not a fixed charge if additional work to the worktop and pipework could increase the labour charges. Replacing toilets £170 additional work to pipework & drainage could increase labour charges.
