Adam came at short notice and arrived on time. He is very knowledgeable and honest in his assessment and provided us with number of options. We decided to change boiler as didn’t want ongoing issues with the water tanks, pump and boiler. He gave us a very competitive quote to remove all tanks and move boiler to a new position. The work was carried out within days, it was completed on time, very clean and tidy and at the price that was agreed even though he had to get a larger boiler then agreed as that was only one available and we had a deadline to meet with tenants moving in. Overall extremally happy, very professional and would highly recommend.

Piotr could do the job the next morning, was there on time and did everything very thoroughly. He cut and lifted the floorboards to cut and seal a gas pipe that was poking out, everything looks very neat. All the necessary checks were done thoroughly and he seems to be very knowledgeable. If there is anything else to do we will definitely hire him again and will recommend to our friends/ neighbours.

£150 for the work, £16 (odd few pounds for material) - Paid £100 from labour, and the material cost immediately post day 1 (<4 hour work). Work was incomplete due to waiting for sink delivery, requested and agreed to come back to complete - outstanding £50 would be paid alongside a small drink for the initial customer service. Called up a month and a bit later, the price provisionally agreed had been back tracked, and then a further demand for more money to see off the work. Tell me where I said what is incorrect?
