My issue was a significant one as both hot water and heating had stopped working. Muhammad was responsive and clear in his communication throughout. He arrived promptly and was clear about what was needed including materials and labour cost. What I appreciated most about Muhammad is how honest he came across. The prices were clear and there did not appear to be any inflation or issues added on top in order to overcharge. I have used many plumbers over the years. Unfortunately, some are excellent craftsmen but terrible at customer service, whilst others are simply out there to rip you off in my opinion. It is so bad that I could not get one trusted recommendation from friends and family as many people seem to experience this. Muhammad is different. He also assured me that he does prioritise his customers and I hope he keeps to his word because I will undoubtedly be using him again and would recommend him without hesitation. Thank you, Muhammad.

Unsafe and unprofessional. Good communication though. The job was to uncap an old gas cooker. The engineer left my home with an active gas leak and a loose end cap. No tightness or leak testing was conducted before he left. When I contacted him a couple of hours later to alert about the continuing gas smell, his advice was simply to turn off the gas valve overnight so that he could return tomorrow. I had to hire an independent Gas Safe registered engineer to immediately rectify the dangerous work and run mandatory safety checks.
