Very unprofessional person. Saw the job and gave a quote. We agreed the price and then he changed his mind. He gets others to do jobs and often they change mind. He changed his price twice and eventually changed his mind wasting over a week of my time. Don't hire. Not recommended.

Had issues with hot water cutting out and boiler making noises. Ravi was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. He came the next day and pinpointed the issue to be the boiler pump. The part cost me £250 but labour cost was very reasonable. Would recommend him and use again.

I cannot recommend Tim enough if you need your boiler replaced. He was professional, kind, and super helpful - taking the time to answer all my questions. And he did a great job! Tim clearly knows his craft. It's been almost 2 months since he completed the job and I forgot to write this review because our heating has been been working so well I don't even think about it!
