Chris came and looked at the job, advised exactly what was needed and why and have a quote, he came today to complete the job and has done a fantastic job all very neat and improved the system, he advised that it didn’t take quite as long as expected so took an hour of labour off. It was great to have Sam come around and do work for us. It was our first time using his services. He was professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and able to explain what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it. He cleared up very well after himself and was keen to leave the place clean. He did an extra gas check for us and highlighted an issue which was not mentioned by the British Gas engineer! He resolved the issue and told us how to maintain it and improve on it. We will definitely be using him again. We also definitely recommend him!
