An agreement was reached and All fitted within two days. I’m very grateful for getting the job done before Christmas. The heating took a while due to the pipes which needed more work done but with patience our heating was back when it was certainly most needed! Its winter and we have no heating. We have young kids and told the plumber this. Arranged to meet at 10am the following day after contact. He didnt show up. He didnt call. A prompt through mybuilder resulted in a call. He said he lost his phone and his mother fell down the stairs. We arranged for the following morning. No show and no call. Called both his phones and messaged. A complete waste of time and the kids are cold and getting ill. Untrustworthy person.
