Firstly, Syed and his workmate were very responsive and provided a quick turnaround for making appointment. Secondly, they were always on time. This seems obvious but I’ve been so shocked at how much people do not really care about being in time. They were spot on and so professional. Thirdly, their inspection and work schedule were clear and easy to understand. Also no hidden cost. Finally, they conducted their work smoothly and as scheduled. Edit: As the client its my experience that What one DOES (evidenced by clients experience) and HOW one defends ones-self , speaks louder than any words . This was my true experience as a landlord using this tradesman. They Came and just looked at the boiler and he sent invoice for coming out- which i paid. Very charismatic chap but he did not return to make the boiler whole again.. Its been approx 2 weeks. He Did not reply to my emails or contact me about the price of the boiler parts he was researching to stop the leak. As a Landlord, I would NOT use Morheat again, as he visited but did NOT RETURN TO FIX THE LEAK. Tenant and landlord NOT HAPPY
