JAG was able to diagnose possible fault with 18 year old combi boiler over the ‘phone and on that basis I took the decision to source a genuine part (pump) cheaply online for him to fit. He gave clear and logical advice about the options going forward for repair versus replacement which was refreshing. Wouldn’t hesitate to call on his services again. Highly recommended.

He also offered to service our boiler but unfortunately it had been wired incorrectly when installed with the Nest (by another supplier) so we had to wait for Worcester Bosch to fix first.
