We recently used Vijay for one of our projects in Pinner and were expectational from start to finish, laid underfloor heating professionally throughout the ground floor and were also competent in installing Continal OneBoards on the first floor, these chipboards came pre grooved for UFH pipes and Vijay ran all the pipes through these boards and into the second manifold for the first floor, full boiler installation, would highly recommend

Prompt, competitive quote provided with good comms. We made an appointment for a boiler service the next day. Engineer arrived on time and spent a decent amount of time working on the boiler and magnetic filter (previous engineers have been in and out in 10 mins flat). This company did a much more thorough job and gave useful advice - we will use again. Recommended ++.

great team of guys. did the job in the expected timeframe and to an excellent standard. there were a couple of additional costs that were not in the initial quote, but this was mostly due to an unforeseen levelling in the back garden. when it was identified, Graham communicated clearly the issue and it was quickly resolved. I'd recommend these guys to anyone looking for a neat and tidy fencing and landscaping job in their garden. thanks.

I would not recommend. Sev and team did a good job, very quick, redid the gas central heating and installed the boiler in 3 days. My issue is with Sev’s customer service. He gave me price based on one specific boiler - when I challenged why this boiler instead of others and what makes one boiler better than another he dismissed me saying that the boiler he is installing will do for me and if I need another I can source it and he will knock £500 off the price - no advice, no guidance. Same thing when I asked for the flow rate and pressure because a prospective bathroom fitter wanted it to be able to advice on a suitable shower - he didn’t bother recording it and said that my bathroom fitter should stay focussed on the tiling he had to do! Post job job the kitchen fitter noticed that the pipe Sev had cut to set up for the sink was in bad condition causing a leak. The pipes were almost certainly in bad condition before Sev touched them however he would have saw that they were in bad condition yet he didn’t tell me. When I asked why he was rude saying they were my pipes, it’s not his responsibility to notify me if he sees that they are bad. The thing is he is right. However, one thing that I learnt from my renovation is that most builders will do a good job, few builders are capable of providing good pre and post job service which, in my view, is more important.

Was ok. Not sure he was entirely transparent with the costs (told me about call-out charge but not hourly rate). The problem with the boiler was a settings issue but he strung out the job and made out like it could be something else (presumably to justify high hourly rate). He sorted out the problem yeah but would I use him again or recommend? Nope.
