It was great to have Sam come around and do work for us. It was our first time using his services. He was professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and able to explain what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it. He cleared up very well after himself and was keen to leave the place clean. He did an extra gas check for us and highlighted an issue which was not mentioned by the British Gas engineer! He resolved the issue and told us how to maintain it and improve on it. We will definitely be using him again. We also definitely recommend him!

Hired Mr. Mouellef to service my boiler. He recommended that the boiler be turned off and sealed for Carbon Monixide. I told him that I didn’t want to turn it off and I would place an order within 24 hours for a new boiler. He called the authorities to come to my home and turn it off. I called Pimlico and they came the next day to check the boiler. They disagreed with the findings of the engineer after checking for Carbon Monoxide and disagreed with the report. Pimlico turned my boiler back on.

£150 for the work, £16 (odd few pounds for material) - Paid £100 from labour, and the material cost immediately post day 1 (<4 hour work). Work was incomplete due to waiting for sink delivery, requested and agreed to come back to complete - outstanding £50 would be paid alongside a small drink for the initial customer service. Called up a month and a bit later, the price provisionally agreed had been back tracked, and then a further demand for more money to see off the work. Tell me where I said what is incorrect?

Imran was fantastic to deal with. He got in touch straight away and was happy to text when I couldn't speak on the phone at work. He laid out his pricing really clearly and didn't charge a call-out fee. He arrived bang on time and inspected the problem with my central heating. As it turned out, I didn't have any problems after all but he showed me why the heating had been clicking on and off so I'd be able to fix it myself in future. Imran didn't charge me as there was no problem for him to fix which is really amazing given he still gave up his time to come and have a look. He was polite, courteous and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. If I ever have boiler or plumbing issues in the future, i'll definitely call Imran.
