I contacted Alban just over a month ago to have an estimate for a faily big job: changing an aging boiler and 5 ancient radiators. Unlike other plumbers that I have asked for a quote Alban took the time to have a good look at what was really required to do the job, such as where the new flue would come out of the external wall. It was a tricky job, as kitchen cabinets and existing pipes were in the way. This did not put him off - it did others - and Alban provided options. I got a quote within couple of days, with everything specified. Alban started the job on the agreed date and spend the next few days working on transforming my heating system. During that time I have found Alban to be extremely professional. Alban has spend a lot of time making a good job of the pipe work, not taking any shortcuts that would have been easier for him. The pipe work is tidy and looks really good. The job was done cleanly and in a timely fashion. The old boiler, radiators and old pipes where also collected off the property very quickly, so no mess was left behind. Alban showed up on time every day, has kept my house clean and tidied up every evening before he went. Alban even fixed an existing gas leak on some existing pipe work unrelated to the work he had done. I can only say that I am extremely pleased with the job that Alban has done. Everything is tidy and done to a really high standard. Having Alban do my heating system conversion was money very well spent indeed.

Really impressed with Winston's work, would definitely recommend him, and would use him again if needed. We posted a job on MyBuilder as we urgently needed to replace our boiler. Winston came round at 9pm that same evening and spent an hour talking us through our options in detail and in layman's terms. Most importantly he was able to start work straightaway, and was happy to work on the weekend as we have a 6 month old and urgently needed hot water. His quote was fair and his work was to a high standard. Also very polite. All round top fella.

My issue was a significant one as both hot water and heating had stopped working. Muhammad was responsive and clear in his communication throughout. He arrived promptly and was clear about what was needed including materials and labour cost. What I appreciated most about Muhammad is how honest he came across. The prices were clear and there did not appear to be any inflation or issues added on top in order to overcharge. I have used many plumbers over the years. Unfortunately, some are excellent craftsmen but terrible at customer service, whilst others are simply out there to rip you off in my opinion. It is so bad that I could not get one trusted recommendation from friends and family as many people seem to experience this. Muhammad is different. He also assured me that he does prioritise his customers and I hope he keeps to his word because I will undoubtedly be using him again and would recommend him without hesitation. Thank you, Muhammad.

Mitchell said that he would come at 9 am and he was here at the time. Work was carried out within the said time. It was very efficient. Had no problems whatsoever.
