I hired john of JH heating because even though I considered the work I needed doing, which was removing an old floor mounted gas boiler, and replacing it with a wall mounted boiler in a different location to be an awkward job, he exuded a calmness and confidence about the work, reassuring me that it was a project he was happy to undertake. He suggested other things that needed doing that were linked to the boiler issue, such as a new central heating pump, hot water cylinder etc, and just gave me the impression it was all under control. After receiving the quote I agreed to hire john for the job, and when my old boiler failed he came and got it going again to help us out. When the job began, john and his team turned up early on the agreed day, and were straight at the job, barely stopping for a break, and by the end of the first day a new boiler had been installed and was up and running. On the second day john came to finish off, and sign off the new boiler, and when an unexpected issue occurred after he left, he returned and sorted the issue without hesitation. What I considered to be a complex job was quickly and professionally handled by john and his team, and I would be happy to recommend his work.

Liam completed a new combi boiler installation in our flat, and gas fire removal. He was polite, unassuming, respectful and hardworking; he turned up when he said he would, gave helpful advice, and has been a pleasure to have in our home. I would highly recommend Liam, who charged a fair price for the work completed and left our home clean and tidy. We have hired Liam again for removing and installing new radiators; again I would highly recommend Liam who carried out the work to a high standard leaving our home clean and tidy.
