Communication, effort and working as discussed, Jake is a great guy but In retrospect the time they thought they needed wasn’t enough, did all they could to do the work in 2 days when really 3/4 days was required. Stayed late into the evening, they worked really hard, cleaned up but having to ask them to leave at 8pm on our wedding anniversary wasn't really welcome, but that was more to do with commissioning and issues with the existing heating system, as a result we have one radiator that doesn’t work. Jake is approachable, trustworthy, honest, hard working plumber, needs to give more time to get the works finished but his standard of work is very good good where finished.
