He went beyond the original identified issue with the heating system bringing in an electrician to help solve the root problem (seemingly a legacy from previous repairs made by others). Fred was always responsive and patient throughout the process charging a fair price in my view. Highly recommended

Very unprofessional communication from David Raymond. Nothing about this job was properly explained or fixed — only constant pressure for payment. I never refused to pay; I simply asked what the next steps would be. After I decided not to continue the boiler work with him, he completely lost interest in helping solve the issues and only kept demanding payment. I also received threatening messages, which is unacceptable, and I am considering involving the police regarding threats made toward customers. I would not recommend this service.

£150 for the work, £16 (odd few pounds for material) - Paid £100 from labour, and the material cost immediately post day 1 (<4 hour work). Work was incomplete due to waiting for sink delivery, requested and agreed to come back to complete - outstanding £50 would be paid alongside a small drink for the initial customer service. Called up a month and a bit later, the price provisionally agreed had been back tracked, and then a further demand for more money to see off the work. Tell me where I said what is incorrect?

Peter was an excellent communicator before he arrived, ensuring he was the right person for the job and what the Jon entailed. His pricing was the best! You don’t get what you pay for as they say, with Peter you got so much more. He was informative, chatty, and above all experienced and the best man for the job . He was punctual, clean and tidy and considerate of doing the job in my home (soldering outside/smell etc). Love my new appliance and the installation work is fab. Would highly recommend and will most definitely hire again if/when a job arises. Many thanks.

Really nice genuine guy. I posted a job up in the morning and Jonathan immediately responded with his hourly rate (which is always appreciated so you don't have to shortlist before finding out how expensive they are!) and I shortlisted him and within minutes he rang to arrange to come and fix the boiler. He arrived within an hour and half, made the boiler safe by turning off the gas and stated investigating. He was honest all along the way, trying to save me money where possible. He managed to find the fault quite quickly and took the time to explain and show me what was wrong with it. He then rang up the store to make sure A) the had the part in stock so there wasn't a wasted journey and B) find the price so he could tell me the price of the part so there were no suprises. He was always very friendly, polite and explained the issues well to me, replaced went and got the relevant part and replaced it. From a boiler not working in the morning to a fixed boiler in the afternoon, great job! Would definitely recommend and will use Jonathan again for any plumbing/heating needs.

Tanvir did a great job cuting two gas pipes and removing radiators. He didn't corners. He did all the tests making sure it was ok for the pipes to be remove and took time to explain what he was doing. Highly recommended.
