Dimche responded to the ad, arrived and fixed the issue on the same day. He pointed out the root cause of the leak and recommended a different connector to the one used by the original builder. As the pipes were made fairly inaccessible by subsequent decorators, he had to cut through the plasterboard to get access and connect everything. The fixed price agreed upfront was adhered to despite the job ended up being not just strict plumbing. I was initially a bit reticent to hire not seeing any reviews (this is due to him using the site to fill the gaps in regular work), but it worked out very well and I've already discussed another potential job in our house. Well recommended!

Installed a new toilet in the Wet Room. Fitted a towel radiator in the upstairs bathroom. He removed the bath panel and tiled the area, built a new cabinet and installed a glass top with a new wash basin. His work was extremely good and he was reliable and totally honest, I felt perfectly happy leaving him in the house on his own. We needed an old gas fire removed and Aleksander was very prompt in making contact and arranging a visit for the work to be completed. He was very friendly and courteous when he attended as well as being very tidy! The work was carried out to a good standard and he came across as being a very honest person, so we would use his services again - in fact, I am waiting for him to come back to us with a date to service our boiler!
