I was also impressed with Miri's problem solving and positive, common sense attitude. He's a fully certified Vaillant engineer and so the boiler came with a full 10 year warranty.

Nik came straight away, even though it was quite late. He was exceptionally friendly and polite, worked neatly and quickly. I had another job in the house as well - to fit my new washing machine, as it had arrived earlier than expected. Nik agreed to do that for me as well, and stayed and did it last night. I am very grateful to Nik, as I now have clean clothes and food, much sooner than expected. I would strongly recommend him, he would definitely get the job done!
