We had a new boiler and radiator installed by Michael and his team. They were all very professional and thorough, taking great care not to damage our flooring and keeping everything clean and tidy. The quote was also very reasonable. Communication was excellent — whenever we needed something extra, Michael was very responsive and even made the effort to come to us within 20 minutes when I had some questions about a water cylinder. We will definitely use their services again for any future plumbing/heating work and our annual boiler service. Thank you!

Danny installed two large traditional column radiators for me. He did a terrific job and suggested some great ideas to overcome a couple of challenges with one of the timber walls where the radiator was to go. He also went above and beyond the original remit to move some pipework (which we thought we'd already addressed) without hiking the overall price by much at all. Danny's quote was very reasonable and competitive. He worked tirelessly, and longer than expected - even with his first child being born the next day. He's really friendly, professional, neat and thoughtful. I would not hesitate in recommending him and I've already asked him to do the next job.

He carried out firstly a interim service to seeing what was the issue and returned and undertook full boiler service with stripping back the boiler and giving maintenance where need. The work that Steve Pearce carried out at my house was a replacement boiler, new water cylinder, programmer, thermostat and radiator valves. All necessary pipework and then flush out the complete system. From the very first meeting with my wife and I they arrived on time and explained what was needed to do our work. On starting the work they arrived on time and did so each day that they were here. We was completely at ease leaving the workforce in our property whilst we were out .We found them very extremely pleasant, helpful, and above all very very clean. I would thoroughly recommend Mr Pearce and his company to carry out the work knowing the customer will be completely satisfied as we were. We have finally found a traditional company who cares about their work and the satisfaction of their customers. First class.
