Chris came and looked at the job, advised exactly what was needed and why and have a quote, he came today to complete the job and has done a fantastic job all very neat and improved the system, he advised that it didn’t take quite as long as expected so took an hour of labour off. Tom was obviously well trained, highly intelligent and very pleasant. He sorted out the problem with the underfloor heating with quiet efficiency and cheerfulness, and also kindly carried out additional jobs that needed attention. The work seemed quite expensive, but entirely fair given the circumstances. I will happily recommend Tom to anyone needing heating/plumbing work in the future.

Never posted a message online ever. So here goes, Dechko messaged me to let me know he was running twenty minutes late, always good to know, so a good start to the day. Dechko took out his tools and checked for faults, didnt take him too long to diagnose the issue then him and his helpful staff set to work. Once i saw the smile on his face i knew the work was done. Took him as quoted 2-3 hours for the works and even checked and signed off the works which i called an engineer in for the day before for. Quick, efficient and professional service, got dechko's number saved in my contact list for future jobs, definitely recommend. Cheers mate
