Nick couldn’t have been better. We are completely refurbishing a Victorian flat and he has definitely been our favourite tradesmen we’ve hired. The complete re-wiring was excellent; he was able to start quickly and finish the work on time and within budget; he was flexible and understanding when we had to make last minute changes and helpfully made sensible suggestions to improve the design; and more generally he was a really nice person who was a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Boiler buddy was absolutely fantastic! I had an old radiator in the bathroom changed to a towel rail, Boiler buddy provided the towel rail and valves in the quote - the quote was very affordable and the best one I had. Arrived promptly, took extreme care even had shoe covers when entering the property! Replaced the rad drained & refilled the system re piped the towel rail beautifully and ensured every radiator was piping hot before leaven leaving no issues. Boiler buddy also left the property spick and span went above and beyond in the clean up after and that kind of consideration on top of their quality of work and knowledge money can’t buy! Highly recommend had an amazing experience.

Installed a new toilet in the Wet Room. Fitted a towel radiator in the upstairs bathroom. He removed the bath panel and tiled the area, built a new cabinet and installed a glass top with a new wash basin. His work was extremely good and he was reliable and totally honest, I felt perfectly happy leaving him in the house on his own. One of the most un-reliable plumber I have ever come across. I sent this man images of the job and explained to him what was required. I also explained the importance of this job. He confirmed he understood everything and the appointment was booked (a few days in advance). Well, he had other intentions: He left me a message around 1.5 hours before the appointment saying that he was ill. I stated that he can come in the afternoon or the next day. He kept on making excuses. I asked him to provide evidence of him being sick - he failed to do this also. Although people go get ill, I did expect him to provide evidence and attend at an alternative time.
