Marco was incredibly helpful: he was available at short notice and as I was out of the country he was happy to provide advice over the phone about the pictures of the leak until I was able to arrange an appointment. In the end, that advice led to the neighbour actually responsible for the leak sorting it at their end without having to call out Marco and he was very gracious about the late cancellation. I will definitely be hiring Marco again if I have another issue.

Danny and his team at Clear Property Management SE Ltd recently completed the plumbing on our extension. We can not fault the excellent service that they provided us. CPM were best in their field from design/layout right through to final fix. The team were extremely professional and tidy at every stage of the install. We had a new boiler installed, extended pipe work for new radiators, moved the bathroom from the back of the house to the front, had a new en-suite, new cloakroom and had underfloor heating installed. We were extremely pleased with the level of detail and attention that the guys had and could not be happier with the outcome of our home. This provider took my money but never attended my property or carried out the work (a report on already completed plumbing works). All he had to do was write a report to say that the repair works were complete. On the day he was due to attend he never let me know he was on his way or that he wanted to come early morning. Then he went to a nearby apartment a few streets away and said he had attempted to come so it was my fault. Then he said he would do the report remotely I must send him pictures, after sending him pictures he said he wanted to visit site so we were back to him making an appointment which of course he really did not want to do. 3 months later no sign of my money or a very simple report that a child could have done. He also has not returned my money (£120). I can now see why he insisted he be paid in advance because he is a time waster with no confidence in his own abilities hence payment in advance, so that when he disappoints the customer he can still get paid.

Very impressed with the value, work ethic and advice of Joe and his team. Very proactive with a close eye to detail. We found Joe always happy to help.
