Dimche responded to the ad, arrived and fixed the issue on the same day. He pointed out the root cause of the leak and recommended a different connector to the one used by the original builder. As the pipes were made fairly inaccessible by subsequent decorators, he had to cut through the plasterboard to get access and connect everything. The fixed price agreed upfront was adhered to despite the job ended up being not just strict plumbing. I was initially a bit reticent to hire not seeing any reviews (this is due to him using the site to fill the gaps in regular work), but it worked out very well and I've already discussed another potential job in our house. Well recommended!

We had a new boiler and radiator installed by Michael and his team. They were all very professional and thorough, taking great care not to damage our flooring and keeping everything clean and tidy. The quote was also very reasonable. Communication was excellent — whenever we needed something extra, Michael was very responsive and even made the effort to come to us within 20 minutes when I had some questions about a water cylinder. Jason was on-time, knowledgeable about his trade and very polite. He had to cut the unit to fit the gas hob which wasn't a problem for him and he made sure that his workmanship was perfect before finishing the job. He tested the gas connection and supplied me with a certificate of compliance. I would definately recommend him to anyone. 10/10
