great team of guys. did the job in the expected timeframe and to an excellent standard. there were a couple of additional costs that were not in the initial quote, but this was mostly due to an unforeseen levelling in the back garden. when it was identified, Graham communicated clearly the issue and it was quickly resolved. I'd recommend these guys to anyone looking for a neat and tidy fencing and landscaping job in their garden. thanks.

After extensive discussions and receiving a formal quotation, which I accepted, the contractor assured me he would provide a materials list — this was never sent. When the agreed start date arrived, he failed to attend and ignored all messages and follow-up attempts. This type of behaviour is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism, reliability, and respect for clients. I even explained that my family-run business was closed and that the work needed to be completed urgently, yet he still failed to show up or communicate. Just imagine if he had started the work and then decided the next day not to turn up — the consequences would have been disastrous. Avoid this individual entirely — he cannot be trusted to honour his commitments or conduct himself in a professional manner.

Did a very detailed check (even rectified some bad pipework by builders) Gave great advice and couldn't have been more helpful. Sinan responded quickly to my enquiry and came the same day to provide a quotation. He was knowledgeable and spent around 30 minutes in the flat inspecting the entire length of the flue including the section in the attic which was obstructed by boxes and suitcases. He even went out on the roof to see where it ended. After a thorough inspection, he honestly informed me that I do not need to fit an inspection hatchet as he was able to locate the entire length of it and I should refer my insurance company to him in case they insist one be fitted at my expense. Highly appreciate this especially since honesty is hard to come by nowadays! If my insurance company refuses to cover the boiler repair required, I will be hiring Sinan to complete the work.
