  Inspected issue, promised to send me a price and time for repair the next day, but then we didn't hear from him again. I kept it open until later the next day, but still no contact. If you don't feel comfortable doing the job, please say so it wouldn't have been a problem.

  Good experience from the initial telephone conversation about my boiler problem. Recognised the issue straight away and suggested a way forward which resulted in a solution. An appointment was made long distance but Nick turned up as arranged and completed the work in a quick and polite manner. Thank you.
