Steve was fantastic, he came and quoted for the job and suggested a combi boiler instead of repairing the old unit (no other workman did this, yet it was the most economical and logical long term solution). Hired Mr. Mouellef to service my boiler. He recommended that the boiler be turned off and sealed for Carbon Monixide. I told him that I didn’t want to turn it off and I would place an order within 24 hours for a new boiler. He called the authorities to come to my home and turn it off. I called Pimlico and they came the next day to check the boiler. They disagreed with the findings of the engineer after checking for Carbon Monoxide and disagreed with the report. Pimlico turned my boiler back on.

Thabo from Watercrafts Plumbing limited installed a Thermal Store water system and Salamander pump. He has been excellent from start to finish and we would not hesitate to use him again.
