The diagnostic process includes: * Site attendance * Fault investigation * Testing and inspection * Preparation of findings and recommendations * Written or verbal site reports where applicable Site Visit Reports Where a site inspection is required, a chargeable site visit report will be provided. This report may include findings, recommendations, quotations, and proposed remedial actions.
