Fixed by issue really quickly when my hot water tank was overheating and clearly explained everything that was being done. Really responsive by message and also friendly and comfortable in person! We needed an old gas fire removed and Aleksander was very prompt in making contact and arranging a visit for the work to be completed. He was very friendly and courteous when he attended as well as being very tidy! The work was carried out to a good standard and he came across as being a very honest person, so we would use his services again - in fact, I am waiting for him to come back to us with a date to service our boiler!
