Disconnected an old hob and capped the gas pipe. Removed a stubborn tap from a sink and shut off the water. Noticed a completely separate small gas leak and sorted that before leaving which was very appreciated.

Installed a new toilet in the Wet Room. Fitted a towel radiator in the upstairs bathroom. He removed the bath panel and tiled the area, built a new cabinet and installed a glass top with a new wash basin. His work was extremely good and he was reliable and totally honest, I felt perfectly happy leaving him in the house on his own. Excellent service. Explained the issues we we're up against, M.H.C.A took all things into account then rescheduled less urgent jobs to prioritise and consider our tricky position with difficult tenants. Arrived on time and was professional, efficient and priced fairly. Came up against an additional problem and immediately rectified it and returned the next day to complete the job in full since there was extra work to do on top of the original defect. Absolutely recommend this service to anyone who's after a proper service.
