The installation of the boiler was completed 16 November 2024. We have requested the installation certificate for building regs on various occasions however the engineer has failed to provide this. Blockage & leak from boiler, radiators leaking, and more. He has acted unprofessionally, he damaged completed works on our premises, delayed completion & physically assaulted two of my family members. The police have a criminal investigation pending. We tried to compromise and resolve the issues with him but he was violent and aggressive.

Was ok. Not sure he was entirely transparent with the costs (told me about call-out charge but not hourly rate). The problem with the boiler was a settings issue but he strung out the job and made out like it could be something else (presumably to justify high hourly rate). He sorted out the problem yeah but would I use him again or recommend? Nope.
