Issue – No hot water Rating Punctuality: (10) Told me he was going to arrive at 4:30 and knocked on my door at 4:15 Quality of work: (10) The job took longer than expected but Isaac clearly explained what the issues were and kept me up to date on what he was doing. I really liked that he took his time to check everything over before starting. Asking lots of questions about the issue. The boiler had to be taken off the wall to replace the broken parts and this is want took up most of his time. Cost: (10) Gave me a quote and the job ended up being cheaper than I expected. Tidiness: (10) I told Isaac that I would tidy up after he left, but he insisted on working late and tidy up himself 😊. He mopped the floor and made sure everything was back in its place before he left that evening. Isaac is a friendly guy and knows a lot about his profession. He also gave me great product advice on boilers. After years of looking, I finally have a plumber name saved into my phone contacts. S

Had a really positive experience of working with Mark. He was clear and thorough right from his initial call. On the day he was prompt, and offered to go above and beyond what others had offered by not just replacing the immersion heaters but vacuuming out the (significant) build up of scale. He kept me updated through the day with messages and pictures. Really impressive. Rather than bill for each full hour he saved me a little from his initial quote too as the job took 3.5 rather than 4 hours. I've already asked him if he'll quote for other work and would highly recommend to others.

I wholly recommend Paige/OwlFix It enough for his work. To begin, he came over to inspect the work before giving a very reasonable quote, he was very informative, knowledgable and kept us in the loop at every stage in the process. Paige was incredibly professional and friendly and got the work done in only a couple of days. I especially appreciated his meticulous attention to detail, he wanted to do everything just right and he did. Everything looks and works great and left the house in an immaculate condition. Paige was attentive to all our concerned, amazing communication skills and made himself reachable at every point - day or night. He went above and beyond when he was required to do extra work to ensure we didn't run into problems in the future, which he did gracefully and to an incredibly high standard. All in all, I am very very happy to have such a hard-working person complete what turned out to be quite a difficult work, I would recommend Paige in a heartbeat! Thanks for all your help!

Installed a new toilet in the Wet Room. Fitted a towel radiator in the upstairs bathroom. He removed the bath panel and tiled the area, built a new cabinet and installed a glass top with a new wash basin. His work was extremely good and he was reliable and totally honest, I felt perfectly happy leaving him in the house on his own.
