Piotr could do the job the next morning, was there on time and did everything very thoroughly. He cut and lifted the floorboards to cut and seal a gas pipe that was poking out, everything looks very neat. All the necessary checks were done thoroughly and he seems to be very knowledgeable. If there is anything else to do we will definitely hire him again and will recommend to our friends/ neighbours.

Excellent engineer highly recommended; correctly diagnosed the fault on the boiler and was able to visit the same day to rectify it. I was shocked at the speed with which it was all done, from posting the job to getting it done; all within 24 hours! I have since had the boiler serviced through him and he has also power flushed the central heating system. He is very knowledgeable and I have recommended him to friends and family. He is very reliable and knows his job inside out. I have also appointed him to carry out the annual boiler service. He has done a great job & I have no doubt that he will do the same for other customers as well. Well done to him for a super job, always done properly.

I cannot recommend Tim enough if you need your boiler replaced. He was professional, kind, and super helpful - taking the time to answer all my questions. And he did a great job! Tim clearly knows his craft. It's been almost 2 months since he completed the job and I forgot to write this review because our heating has been been working so well I don't even think about it! Really nice genuine guy. I posted a job up in the morning and Jonathan immediately responded with his hourly rate (which is always appreciated so you don't have to shortlist before finding out how expensive they are!) and I shortlisted him and within minutes he rang to arrange to come and fix the boiler. He arrived within an hour and half, made the boiler safe by turning off the gas and stated investigating. He was honest all along the way, trying to save me money where possible. He managed to find the fault quite quickly and took the time to explain and show me what was wrong with it. He then rang up the store to make sure A) the had the part in stock so there wasn't a wasted journey and B) find the price so he could tell me the price of the part so there were no suprises. He was always very friendly, polite and explained the issues well to me, replaced went and got the relevant part and replaced it. From a boiler not working in the morning to a fixed boiler in the afternoon, great job! Would definitely recommend and will use Jonathan again for any plumbing/heating needs.

AMR offers great value and service — turned up on time, got the work done without any problem, found another issue with my flue and was able to fix that for a good price too.
