Neil recently completed a job for me, replacing radiators, taps and a pump. After having hired a lot of plumbing engineers over the years, Neil has been the best. Neil is professional, polite and hard working. He worked efficiently and neatly throughout the job and kept me updated. As the heating was off during a cold spell he put in a lot of effort to ensure he could get the system running as soon as possible. Neil is also honest - he will not fabricate work in order to increase his work. In fact, on this job he came up with an extremely practical solution for one of the tasks which saved me significantly on time costs. I cannot rate Neil highly enough. I will be using him in the future for certain.

JAG was able to diagnose possible fault with 18 year old combi boiler over the ‘phone and on that basis I took the decision to source a genuine part (pump) cheaply online for him to fit. He gave clear and logical advice about the options going forward for repair versus replacement which was refreshing. Wouldn’t hesitate to call on his services again. Highly recommended.

Hired Mr. Mouellef to service my boiler. He recommended that the boiler be turned off and sealed for Carbon Monixide. I told him that I didn’t want to turn it off and I would place an order within 24 hours for a new boiler. He called the authorities to come to my home and turn it off. I called Pimlico and they came the next day to check the boiler. They disagreed with the findings of the engineer after checking for Carbon Monoxide and disagreed with the report. Pimlico turned my boiler back on.

I didn't leave a review at the time the work was completed. Not overly impressed with his work if i am honest. Tiling wasn't particularly good. He was very pricey and then charged and extra £100.00 but wouldn't give/show us the receipt for the extra amount. We think it was because he cut the side panel of the bath wrong and had to buy another one so passed on the expense. Tiling around the sides of the bath already leaking and coming through to the ceiling in the kitchen. I am going to have to have it completely re-done and will be looking for another bathroom fitter asap
