Lee is a very nice, reliable and competent tradesman. He responded quickly to what was a 'crisis' boiler situation, for a very old and vulnerable relative, with a sensible approach and a fair quote which we decided to go with. We paid him a initial deposit to cover the costs of materials, including the new Worcester Bosch boiler, and he came to replace the boiler always exactly when he said he would, and completed the job as agreed, on time and on budget. When a major hitch cropped up after installation, during his gas safety check, because of the age of the gas pipes in the house, Lee was practical, creative and flexible in suggesting a solution, and the situation was resolved quickly and fairly the next week on days convenient to me. Overall Lee is professional and knowledgeable about gas and plumbing and he really tries his best to help the customer, including with fast response ad hoc troubleshooting (it is an advantage that he aims to work relatively locally to his area) and bringing in other trades (eg electrician) as required. He has offered a one year guarantee on the functioning of the new boiler. There are now some additional aspects of heating, gas and plumbing that I will be asking Lee to look at in due course, and I can recommend that others give him a chance to quote on their jobs, with a view to asking him to do the work.

Naim did a great job replacing a conventional boiler with a combination boiler. He provided a detailed quote and agreed to do a couple of other minor plumbing jobs as well. His quote was competitive and he provided all the necessary paper work promptly including a gas safety certificate. He even went over and beyond what we had agreed on by moving the new boiler to a better site at no extra charge. He was very professional from start to finish and I was happy with his work. I've since had him come back for another job.

OK, OK, yeah, Mark is as wonderful as his feedback states. Cool, calm, collected and personable. The air of a man confident in his skills and in it for the love, not just a quick buck! Issues with our peculiar hot water system, baffling both British Gas and a range of less capable engineers was sorted by Mark - within an hour! Give that man a cigar! Highly recommended, Mark is already airmarked to overhaul and update the entire system in the summer! Am a bit (ok, a lot) OCD but was as if he was never in the house - no sooty marks on my white walls, dirty fingerprints on the glasswork nor the inevitable tool left behind. Thank you sir.

OMG - Stephen was absolutely amazing! I was very worried about this heavy bathroom mirror being installed as my handyman nearly killed us putting it up unprofessionally! Stephen knew exactly what was needed - the exact 6mm bracket which needed to be ordered online as none of the four local hardware store stocked it (they did other sizes), with a special glue. He also brought along an assistant to help him place the mirror onto the wall. His communication was second to none, and he was also very courteous. He was also very reasonably priced - I was worried no one wanted such a small job. I will definitely ask him to do other things around the house!
