We called Tom out to service the boiler in our new house, but alas it turned out to be even more decrepit than expected and he had to put it out of its misery and install a new one. He went above and beyond to find a temporary fix to win us time to save up for a heat-pump later this year, and when that plan fell through was open, honest, and diligent about finding us a decent replacement that was within our very depleted post-move budget. (The heat pump has been put on hold, but we will be calling Tom back when our financial ducks are in a row). He was also so good as to identify a number of necessary but non-urgent jobs that he could do for us in one go so as to save on call-out costs. Lovely chap, clearly very knowledgeable and happy to discuss his work, a pleasure to have working in our home.

OK, OK, yeah, Mark is as wonderful as his feedback states. Cool, calm, collected and personable. The air of a man confident in his skills and in it for the love, not just a quick buck! Issues with our peculiar hot water system, baffling both British Gas and a range of less capable engineers was sorted by Mark - within an hour! Give that man a cigar! Highly recommended, Mark is already airmarked to overhaul and update the entire system in the summer! Am a bit (ok, a lot) OCD but was as if he was never in the house - no sooty marks on my white walls, dirty fingerprints on the glasswork nor the inevitable tool left behind. Thank you sir.
