The engineer made contact, agreed a price which he kept to. Arrived early and phoned me to make sure it was okay. Completed the job quickly and left no mess. I had a cooker fitted that needed a new bayonet and pipe. He charged me £140. Which was nearly half of the price quoted by British care as a homecare customer. I would definitely use this.company.again. Totally professional, thank you.

Ben did a great job sorting out several small plumbing issues in our new apartment: fixing a tap, shower control and underfloor heating issues. He turned up on time, ordered the parts quickly, installed everything efficiently. He even volunteered to make himself available on a Sunday morning at no extra cost to get the job finished when we had an Amazon delay for a small part. Also charges very reasonable rates for labour and fully transparent with price for parts. Would recommend and will contact him again with any future plumbing needs.

Explained the issues we we're up against, M.H.C.A took all things into account then rescheduled less urgent jobs to prioritise and consider our tricky position with difficult tenants. Arrived on time and was professional, efficient and priced fairly. Came up against an additional problem and immediately rectified it and returned the next day to complete the job in full since there was extra work to do on top of the original defect. Absolutely recommend this service to anyone who's after a proper service.
