We stumbled across Rhys on My Builder, and from day one of meeting Rhys from Stride Plumbing and heating, it was apparent that Rhys and his team were dedicated in their work. Not only did they provide an amazing service and explained everything thoroughly we feel we received the highest quality of workmanship. Rhys was always there going above and beyond to ensure that the job of installing a brand new heating system in our home went smoothly. Every question answered and even the silly ones! Always arrived on time and always ensuring they cleaned up as they went along. Very Happy with the Service offered by David. Came to have a look on short notice and was ahead of the initial agreed time which is really helpful as I was looking for someone to have a look at the current hot water issue I have been having with my boiler and provide an immediate solution. Very Friendly and communicative about the problem and was around to see the issue has been definitely resolved before he left the place. No half measures at all. Very nominal from a pricing perspective as well. Would definitely make use of his services for future work and would recommend to everyone who is looking for a good professional who knows his job.

I didn't leave a review at the time the work was completed. Not overly impressed with his work if i am honest. Tiling wasn't particularly good. He was very pricey and then charged and extra £100.00 but wouldn't give/show us the receipt for the extra amount. We think it was because he cut the side panel of the bath wrong and had to buy another one so passed on the expense. Tiling around the sides of the bath already leaking and coming through to the ceiling in the kitchen. I am going to have to have it completely re-done and will be looking for another bathroom fitter asap
