AVOID I booked an engineer, Nathan, through this site from Fully Active Building Services Ltd to fix two cooker burners. The engineer arrived two hours late, wasn’t the person I booked, and tried to fix it using safety pins — completely unprofessional. I paid £50, but soon after he left i found out the issue wasn’t fixed and my messages for a refund were ignored. Very disappointing and feels like a rip-off. Avoid AVOID this company!!.

Installed a new toilet in the Wet Room. Fitted a towel radiator in the upstairs bathroom. He removed the bath panel and tiled the area, built a new cabinet and installed a glass top with a new wash basin. His work was extremely good and he was reliable and totally honest, I felt perfectly happy leaving him in the house on his own.
