Tom was obviously well trained, highly intelligent and very pleasant. He sorted out the problem with the underfloor heating with quiet efficiency and cheerfulness, and also kindly carried out additional jobs that needed attention. The work seemed quite expensive, but entirely fair given the circumstances. I will happily recommend Tom to anyone needing heating/plumbing work in the future.

I did hire Aiden De Winter for the job. He came and inspected the problem and sent us a link to purchase a new pump. I paid him for this work. We purchased a new pump, and he decided not to finish the job and come back to install the pump. This caused a lot of problems as he was the second plumber I hired for this job, and now we have to find a third plumber! What a waste.. how hard is it to come back and fit the pump! Do not use this company at all costs!

Imran was fantastic to deal with. He got in touch straight away and was happy to text when I couldn't speak on the phone at work. He laid out his pricing really clearly and didn't charge a call-out fee. He arrived bang on time and inspected the problem with my central heating. As it turned out, I didn't have any problems after all but he showed me why the heating had been clicking on and off so I'd be able to fix it myself in future. Imran didn't charge me as there was no problem for him to fix which is really amazing given he still gave up his time to come and have a look. He was polite, courteous and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. If I ever have boiler or plumbing issues in the future, i'll definitely call Imran.
