I had an emergency leak and contact Raymer, although it was Saturday night he responded immediately, talked me through how to shut the water off and he was here first thing to fix it. It was not an easy job at all as the pipes were buried in concrete but Raymer was not leaving until he was 100 percent sure he’d sorted the problem. Would highly recommend Raymer, absolute prefoessional!

Pawel is incredibly knowledgeable about all things heating related and clearly has a highly level of experience. I enjoyed listening to his many anecdotes. He completed the work in his own time which took rather longer than I had expected but he did a very thorough job and this shows he is not cutting corners to rush to the next job. My only slight disappointment was engaging him for the first annual service as he appeared to be less interested so I had to find someone else which is a big pity. On the whole though I would highly recommend him.
