Yordan and his aprentice are very pleasent people and did a good job..Next day i noticed thst our shower head rod had come loose from the wall which they came the very next day and fixed it. Our boiler was giving some problem and phoned Yordan to ask what might be the problem and he explined what might be wrong. I would 100% reccomand hI'm to other people and will use him myself again.

A very poor experience and I feel ripped-off. On sending a photo of the faulty part and discussing the issue with them on the phone they identified the part that needed changing (air release valve) and came out (arriving 45 mins late). A plumber turned up without the part, looked at the boiler and confirmed yes, that's the part needed and they would have to go get the part and come back the next day to fit it. Before leaving, the plumber called his colleague and passed me the phone and they wanted payment of £350 there and then or they would not come back and finish the job. This did not correspond with the estimated £120 they had given on MyBuilder nor with their later quoted hourly rate (he was there less than an hour on both visits). As the work was urgent (it was winter and have small kids) I made the payment. He promised to send an invoice but failed to do so despite chasing for one on several occasions. Stay clear, avoid this company and find a more reputable one.
